9:00 AM – 10:00 PM Access: Generous operational hours 7 days a week, giving you the runway needed for daytime workshops, all-day production shoots, or evening showcases and networkers.

Kitchenette & BYO Freedom: Equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave, and kettle. You are completely free to bring your own food and refreshments (BYOB and complimentary welcome drinks welcome; venue is not licensed for retail alcohol sales).
Submit Your Project Details: Complete our enquiry form below or email hello@croydoncreativedirectory.com with your proposed date, time slot (between 9:00 AM and 10:00 PM), and brief overview of the activity.
Space Walk-Through: Schedule an optional in-person viewing on the Lower Mall to test sound, explore furniture layouts, and walk through your risk assessment.

Confirm Your Date: Send over your Public Liability Insurance (PLI), sign off on our standard hire agreement, and pay the invoice to lock your event into the calendar.
