Big Grin Media produced a video interview with Portia, Chair of Made in Merton, highlighting the inspiration behind the Print and Stitch Together project, a collaboration with Little Ark. Filmed at NEMCA (North East Mitcham Community Association), a hub for local creative activity, the piece captures the spirit and impact of the initiative.
The film shows how block printing workshops led by Made in Merton and sewing sessions facilitated by Little Ark come together to create a welcoming space for residents. Participants are supported to learn new skills, build connections, and express their creativity within their community.
