Laura is a freelance dramaturg and theatre critic who specialises in working with playwrights in the early stages of the script development process. She trained in theatre performance in the US and UK, and has worked in theatre since 2006 in various capacities. She co-founded the Network of Independent Critics, and was a fellow at the Eugene O'Neill Theater Center's National Critics Institute. She is currently working on a PhD in embedded criticism, and is available to work as an embedded critic and dramaturg on small- and mid-scale theatre and performance projects.
